Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by RAWTHR, the applicable collected amount will be returned using an available supported refund method.
11. CASH ON DELIVERY

• Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

Because RAWTHR sells personal-care products, opened, used or unsealed products cannot normally be returned for hygiene reasons unless they were damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
You must obtain approval before sending a product back.
15. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS
Contact RAWTHR as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change an order.
We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification may not be possible after processing or dispatch.
Refusing a dispatched Cash on Delivery parcel does not automatically qualify as an approved cancellation.
