14-Day Easy Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for Return

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product is missing from your order.

  • The product has a genuine quality issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products generally cannot be returned unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product should be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.

  • The product should be returned with its original box, packaging, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

  • We may request clear photos or an unboxing video to verify damaged, incorrect, or defective orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened or used, except in cases of confirmed defects or damage.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

  • Products returned after the 14-day return period.

  • Products without their original packaging where the packaging is required for verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, our team will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another agreed method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account or other appropriate payment details to process an approved refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking/payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product caused by RAWTHR, we may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Exchange

Where applicable, RAWTHR may offer an exchange for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product instead of a refund.

Exchange availability depends on product stock.
