Shipping Across Pakistan

We currently deliver RAWTHR products across Pakistan, including major cities and most other serviceable areas.

Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–5 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are generally dispatched after confirmation and verification of the order details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, RAWTHR may offer free shipping promotions on selected products, bundles, or orders above a specific amount.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing your order. Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the parcel, the order may be returned to RAWTHR.

Any re-delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept the parcel where possible. Contact RAWTHR customer support as soon as possible so we can assist you.

For damaged or incorrect orders, we may request photographs or an unboxing video to help us investigate the issue.
